Front view, aggregate doors openedThe VS 1300 ST-H CNC is a semiautomatic slide-table machine. It is produced as far as possible in steel.
The machines named above are also available in several measures and with diverse equipment.

Smoothly use thanks to an ingenious construction
As the stable machine is ingeniously constructed it enables the operator to make use of the VS 1300 ST-H CNC smoothly (e. g. to move the slide table).
The motors take on generous dimensions. You can naturally order additional equipment (e.g.: grinding unit etc.). The right side stop is motor driven.
By 1-axis-cnc-steering the individual program is pre-selectable for the side stop-movement. Therefore the operator has only to push the smooth running slide table after the side stop has moved the foam automatically. Naturally our CNC steering stands out for more interesting innovation.

The knife protector is also motor-driven. The tensioning device and the grinding unit are easy to handle when the slide table has taken place at the back end of the table.
In this position the band knife can be changed from the front of the aggregate after its eight doors have been opened. Only some wing screws have to be removed from the runway and the knife gap below after the linear leaded tension support had been turned back to loosen the band knife. The change of the band knife can be done then with security clothing.
To place and to adjust the band knife on the running wheels smoothly as far as possible, the VS 1300 ST-H CNC keeps another special feature ready:
Before the change of the band knife takes place, the control voltage has to be disconnected. Hereby the engine break is dissolved. Hence the operator must not turn around the running wheel against the braking power to adjust the band knife. Instead of that effort this process can be done smooth running – yet another contribution of the FTSM GmbH to increase productivity and safety standards!

As you can see on the photo above, the FTSM GmbH equisp all machines with another revolutionary innovation: The new vertical cutting machines are equipped with novel knife running wheels. For these knife running wheels the patent registration is in process. The entry into the register of utility models has already taken place.
