Since running his own business, Rolf Fuhr got a lot of requests from managers and machine operators dealing with practical problems of handling the machines.
Initiated by this, Mr. Fuhr came to the decision to construct and build a new type of vertical cutting machine that serves both: enhanced safety for the operators and increased productivity for the managers.
This goal is realized in the new vertical cutting machine VS 1400 Plus.
Unique design for fast, precise foam cutting
Left side stop, open
This construction enables the aggregate and thus the cutting tool to completely drive out of the working tables. Hence the right and the left side stop can be moved in both directions over the knife gap.
As the left side stop can be pivoted upwards by 90° and more and can also be moved in both directions the loading and unloading only takes little time (VS 1400 Plus).
Additionally the use of the integrated rotary table (VS 1400 Plus) shortens the production sequence as illustrated in the operating cycle.
